About this Event
Incorporating a holistic approach of spirituality, geekiness, and mental health, this session will explore the nuances of perfectionism, delving into both its positive and hindering aspects. Participants will develop frameworks to understand perfectionistic parts of themselves, work with them, and then to help others with that knowledge. You will NOT need to find for all 900 korok seeds from the Zelda: Breath of the Wild quest, but we will have a chance to participate in experiential activities that invite self-reflection and growth.

Learning Objectives:
- Identify 3 different frameworks for understanding perfectionism
- Differentiate between adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism
- Recognize 3 ways perfectionism manifests within spiritual frameworks
- Utilize 3 different methods to less maladaptive perfectionism and increase adaptive perfectionism.
