Dr. Joe Lasley is an expert in leadership development, game-based learning, and group dynamics. With a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and a background in organizational consulting, he explores how role-playing games (RPGs) cultivate leadership skills, collaboration, and psychological safety.

As an Assistant Professor at the University of Southern Maine, Joe integrates experiential learning with game design, helping students and professionals enhance their leadership capabilities through interactive storytelling and structured play. Through his company, Gamenamic Leadership, he designs and facilitates RPG-inspired leadership development programs for businesses, educators, and organizations.
