Hi, I'm Dustin. I am case manager and substance abuse specialist with 14 years experience in the field of treating addictions. I first started to learn about using RPGs in therapeutic practice when a group of clients at a residential drug treatment center started a group to play D&D. I helped them start this group and they would come and tell me stories of what happened in their games over the weekends. It was through this, I began to see the connections they were making with each other and the story of the game. Stories have such an important role in our societies and culture that I continue to help clients foster this in my work every day.
